TMJ

Treatment includes assessment of muscular balance on the joints and soft tissues of the jaw as well as assessment head and neck. I will assess posture, movement and external stresses and lifestyle to evaluate their impact on the TMJ. Assessment and treatment may include both intra and extra oral manual therapy as well as exercises.

Nicole completed her BSc (Honours) Physiotherapy degree in South Africa and has been practising physiotherapy for over 20 years. Nicole is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and has a special interest in back and neck injuries, peripheral joint injuries, sports injuries, headaches, alignment and ergonomics. Ruth completed her BSc(Hons) in physiotherapy in South Africa. Shortly after that she moved to the UK where she has worked for over 20 years. With a passion for sport and exercise, Ruth has had the opportunity to work in rugby, football and cricket and has travelled on five occasions to the European and international Maccabi be games as a physio.

Ruth has a special interest in: lower limb injuries, sports injuries, postsurgical rehab, general spinal complaints and hypermobility. She also loves bringing movement and exercise to all her clients - regardless of age.

Ethan Traub was born in the vibrant city of Johannesburg, South Africa, where he developed an early passion for sports and movement, laying the foundation for his career in physiotherapy. He began his academic journey at the University of Johannesburg, earning a BA in Sport Psychology in 2018. Ethan then furthered his education with a BSc postgraduate degree in Human Movement Science (Biokinetics) from the University of Zululand in 2021. To refine his expertise in physiotherapy, he completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy at St George’s University of London in 2024.

Hubert graduated as a physiotherapist in the Netherlands in 1988 and has worked in the UK, both in the NHS and privately.

Hubert is experienced in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a special interest in persistent pain. He starts with a thorough assessment in order to find out what will work for you as an individual. He uses approaches based on modern pain science as well as manual therapy, exercise prescription and mindfulness. He is also qualified in Chinese and western acupuncture.

Hubert lectures at the University of Hertfordshire and St George’s, University of London. He has published two textbooks and several book chapters about pain.

Hubert enjoys daily Chinese exercise and playing music. He also likes going to the cinema, exhibitions and concerts in London.
