With a passion for sport and exercise, Ruth has had the opportunity to work in rugby, football and cricket and has travelled on five occasions to the European and international Maccabi be games as a physio.

Hubert graduated as a physiotherapist in the Netherlands in 1988 and has worked in the UK, both in the NHS and privately.

Hubert is experienced in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a special interest in persistent pain. He starts with a thorough assessment in order to find out what will work for you as an individual. He uses approaches based on modern pain science as well as manual therapy, exercise prescription and mindfulness. He is also qualified in Chinese and western acupuncture.

Hubert lectures at the University of Hertfordshire and St George’s, University of London. He has published two textbooks and several book chapters about pain.
